The support ticket system uses your email address for a quick login to submit and track your tickets. At anytime you can go back to the support ticket system and check the status of your ticket.

Should your problem require our support staff to access your system they can request that you give them access to your computer to perform remote diagnostics or schedule an onsite visit if necessary.
